1. Carriage Agreements & LR Issuance
Every shipment accepted by Naresh Road Lines Pvt. Ltd. is subject to the issuance of a formal Lorry Receipt (LR / Consignment Note). 2. Payment & Credit Terms
Freight payments, loading/unloading commissions, and warehousing demurrage charges must be settled as per agreed credit timelines. These terms and all carriage operations are governed by Indian transportation laws. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceedings arising from transactions with Naresh Road Lines Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
5. Service Adjustments
We reserve the right to alter cargo routes, consolidate shipments (part load handling), or utilize attached fleet sub-contractors to bypass local transit delays, weather blockages, or geopolitical obstructions while maintaining absolute cargo safety.
